I AM UPSET AND VERY ANGRY TODAY! STRESS!

I had a very bad day today obviously. I started working since I stepped into work. Just the crowd is enough to kill. With more and more ridiculous calls coming in, and x-tra loads of people walking in and CANNOT WAIT lor! If both parties cannot wait, then SPLIT ME INTO HALF lah!!!!

This morning, there is this caller Mr Peh called and wanted to see Dr Teo, and the special thing today is Dr Teo needs to go off early to accompany Mrs Teo I think. Oh my god, he insist of seeing Dr Teo and speak to him a few words, but never trust what the patient says. They sometimes say a few seconds and ended up talking for half an hour or so. So I asked him to book a slot for the Friday! Asked him for his name, he spelt damm super fast and I could not catch up, then his IC number even worse, he said even faster that I got to ask a second time... and you know what this FUCKER did? He was telling that someone beside him that "Wah, she cannot hear leh..." and I was like, eh with your speed who can understand sial! I am not robot lor!

Good, nevermind! HEALTH PROMOTION BOARD sent letters for the HEALTH SCREENING for the older folks, and they printed our clinic's name when my clinic did not even approve to participate in it. Then someone called to ask about the HEALTH SCREENING, the moment I heard her say... "Oh yah Miss, you know the government ah sent us this letter..." so before she could ask more, I told her my clinic is not participating in this HEALTH SCREENING thingie and I don't mean to be rude, because sometimes when you let them go on and blah whatever, they will say why we did not tell them earlier, then make them talk so much and then we tell them WE DO NOT DO THIS SERVICE IN OUR CLINIC!!! Eh! we cut your sentence you say we are rude, then let you all complete the sentence, you say we make you all WASTE THEIR SALIVA! Apa lah! But the thing is I hate to hear this... YOUR CLINIC BLUFF PEOPLE ONE LAH! Oei, which FUCKING EYE did you see we bluff you! Blame the HEALTH PROMOTION BOARD for publishing our clinic's name when we did not even approve them to do so, and don't tarnish my clinic.

Then in the midst more and more people coming in.......

And Peter gave me some more work to do. And I have to finish it by today. So I need to bia! 79 people in the list, so I need to key in carefully and I did not like using the keyboard, so damm FREAKING NOISY, I am fussy with keyboard ok? (Ha ha!) And in anyways I did finish on time and do the CHEQUES... phew!

Actually I got more to tell de, arrrrrrgggggg!!!! I don't know what am I typing lah, absolutely NO MOOD!!!! Patients are making us go mad!
