PATIENTS ARE DAMM FUCKING RUDE THESE DAYS!

It was 5.30pm when the patient popped into our clinic, well Dr. Chin has to leave the clinic by 6pm and she insist it is just a REFERRAL LETTER which she needs the doctor to write, but by wanting a referral letter is also equals to seeing the doctor and we told her to be back at 6.30pm. She just snap at as and say she did not want to consult and took her card away and stomped off to AcuMed which is right opposite my clinic. Go lor! Anyways I do not know why AcuMed did not accept her, so in the end she still got to come back to my clinic lo! She was so damm fucking RUDE I tell you, sigh!

Now a days I don't even know what is wrong with these people, they say we as a Clinic Assistant or Customer Service staff are the ones being rude, looking back now, who is the one who started all these? The customers themselves, they make a BIG HOO-HA, and blame it all on us.

Why They Should Be Scolded By Us!!!!

Example 1:

We gave them back their cards/ work permits. They kept it, and say we did not give it back to them. And we asked them to check their wallets, they did not want to do so and FUCKING raise their voice at us, as though we want to steal their cards!

The Answer: Patient found the card, then apologise and some don't even FUCKING apologise! Thanks hor!

IS IT OUR FAULT?????


Example 2:

The HR called to asked if their worker's work permit results are out, we hold on the line and went to look for the results, and told them for example, 2 workpermits ready for collection. Then the bloody HR asked, for which worker ah?... Eh, FUCK lor, cannot ask one shot think we very free meh? Then ask so much question, pass can liao mah. As though they know what it is lor!

IS IT OUR FAULT???

Example 3:

Asked the patient and speak mandarin to a Cina! Cannot understand meh? Am I speaking in some ALIEN language, rude sial! Anyways when people is explaining, don't know don't wanna ask, want to ya ya act that they know how to consume the medicine and walk off, then come back a few minutes later and ask us to repeat it to him/her all over again and we were all jammed up due to the massive crowd.

IS IT OUR FAULT???

Example 4:

Cina people come and see doctor, how the FUCK do we know if they are PRs or Singapore Citizen, was it written on their forehead of what status they are? Damm it lor, they just slam the card at us and say that they are no longer work permit holders but are already PRs! Eh, PR big deal? You were once a work permit holder ok? Don't u bloody hell forget that! Anyway PR only hor, not even a Singapore Citizen mai kao bei! Shout at me unless you hold a Pink Card or else can FUCK OFF! No big deal!

IS IT OUR FAULT?

Example 5:

We always ask patients to show their IDs because sometimes the HR write their short names on the yellow chit and we could not trace the card. Demanded their IC in a proper manner, they ya ya and screamed at us saying... 'I COME BEFORE, 10 THOUSAND times already lor!!!!' Eh, u sure or not you came here 10 THOUSAND times liao? Wah liew what kind of sickness are you having my "friend"?

ASK ALSO WRONG... IS IT OUR FAULT?

Example 6:

Insurance Company for example : Prudential called up to make appointment for their clients to do a Medical Insurance check-up, but apparently my Jurong Point branch. All the while it is either done at the Taman Jurong branch or the Orchard Paragon branch. But they want the convenient for their customers, but not that we don't want but we don't do here, they just do the 'chek' sound and hang up making it as though it is our fault! Hey all the while it was never done at Jurong Point... Hello? Wake up people!

IS IT OUR FAULT???

Example 7:

Cina people come here and everything also don't know! Simplest english also don't understand, learn lah!!! You are staying in a multi-racial coutry, this is not China ok? So everything must learn, then all those Bangladesh workers also must speak what, although they speak broken english at least they make an effort to do so! Why can't you??? And expect us to write in mandarin for them... Hello... the pen is there, make and effort to write, we are paid to write for you? If you don't make an effort why should we???
